About Me
Kubilay Eraslan, born in 1997, is a graduate of the Finance Department at Çanakkale 18 March University. During his university years, in addition to his academic achievements, he actively took on leadership roles as Head of the Finance Department Student Committee and President of the Student Council, gaining valuable experience in management, representation, and organization.
After completing his undergraduate studies, he moved to Northern Cyprus for his postgraduate education. There, he earned a degree from Anadolu University’s Department of Justice and also completed a master’s degree in Business Administration. He began his professional career in the casino industry, gaining approximately four years of experience in the field.
In the later stages of his career, he shifted towards real estate and investment consultancy, leveraging his strengths in human relations, communication, and analytical skills. He approaches the sector with a strategic mindset—offering services not only focused on sales but also on investment analysis, timing, and accurate client-matching.
Kubilay Eraslan evaluates the growing investment potential of Northern Cyprus through professional, data-driven analysis and provides tailored solutions that align with the expectations of both local and international investors. He views real estate not merely as immovable property, but as a strategic investment tool for the future.
